These terms are the agreement between you and Sabexch when you use sabexch.live, our app, and the services on them. Please read them before you open an account. By registering, you confirm that you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.
You must be at least eighteen years old to open an account and place a bet. You must also make sure that betting is legal in the place where you live and where you use the service. It is your responsibility to know your local law — not ours. We may ask for proof of age and identity at any time, and we can suspend an account until those checks are complete.
You may hold one account only. Register with your own true details and keep them up to date. Your username and password are yours to protect — anything done through your account is treated as done by you, so do not share your login. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access. We may close or limit accounts that use false information, that belong to more than one person, or that break these terms.
You can fund your account using the payment methods we support, such as UPI and bank transfer. Only use payment methods that belong to you. Before we release a withdrawal, we may need to complete identity checks, and we may hold or refuse a payout where we suspect fraud or a breach of these terms. We do not offer credit — you can only bet with funds already in your balance.
A bet is accepted once it is confirmed and shown in your bet history. It is your job to check the details before you confirm, because a placed bet normally cannot be changed or cancelled. Odds can move right up to the moment you place, and the price applied is the one accepted at that moment.
Bets are settled on the official result of the event once it is final. Where a market is voided, affected bets are returned. If an obvious error occurs — a clear mistake in an odds price, a typo, or a technical fault — we may void the affected bets and return the stakes. We rely on recognised result sources, and settlement follows those.
Sabexch is for genuine recreational betting. Using bots, exploiting a bug, colluding with other players, chasing bonus abuse, or any attempt to game the system is not allowed. If we find this kind of activity, we can void the bets involved, withhold winnings gained through it, and close the account.
Any promotion may carry its own extra rules, such as a minimum stake or a time limit. Those rules sit alongside these terms. Offers are for real players betting normally, and we may withdraw or change a promotion where it is being misused.
You are responsible for betting within your means. We provide tools to help — deposit limits and self-exclusion among them — and we ask you to use them if you need to. See our responsible gambling page for details and support contacts.
We work to keep the service running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. As far as the law allows, Sabexch is not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, by your own breach of these terms, or by your decision to place any particular bet. Betting carries financial risk, and that risk is yours.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page with the date shown above. You can close your account whenever you like by contacting support. We may also close or suspend an account where these terms are broken.
